MAPSCAPE LIMITED – ONLINE PRODUCT INTERACTIVE DEMONSTRATION (‘the Demo’)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE

1. You agree to access the Demo only for lawful purposes and for your own information. It must not be used for business or commercial use.

2. Use of the Demo for any other purpose and/or use in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, the use of any data, content or material contained within the Demo.

3. Use of the Zoho Assist shared screen share is limited only to evaluating the Mapscape interface and its features. You are Prohibited from using the screen share evaluation for any other purpose.

4. The rights to title and ownership in and to the Demo and its subject matter belong or are licensed to Mapscape Limited, and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, and other intellectual property rights, and must not be used without proper written authorisation by us.

5. You are prohibited from downloading, storing, reproducing, transmitting, displaying, printing, copying, distributing, or using the Demo other than for your own private lawful use. All access to and use of the Demo via mechanical, programmatic, robotic, scripted or any other automated means is strictly prohibited.

6. You are also prohibited from carrying out or procuring a third party to carry out the following activities:

developing, supporting or using software, devices, scripts, robots, or any other means or processes (including browser plugins, add-ons, or any other technology or manual work) to “web scrape” the Demo or otherwise copy profiles and other data from the Demo; or
copying, using, disclosing or distributing any information obtained from the Demo, whether directly or through third parties.

7. Any inappropriate activity or abuse of the Demo (whether or not specifically listed here) will result in us revoking your access to the Demo and could result in legal proceedings, if not adhering to these agreed terms of use.
