Introducers Agreement

Join the Mapscape Introducers Programme

Do you know an individual, business or organisation that could become a Mapscape customer, with the opportunity for you to earn commission from a successful introduction?

How much could you earn?

Mapscape’s Introducer commission is based on 10% of the initial annual subscription price that Mapscape receives from the introduced client.

Example subscription Annual price Introducer commission
Entry-level Mapscape subscription £1,200 £120
Extra-large business, 15 users, all apps £7,350 £735

These examples are provided to illustrate how commission may be calculated. The actual commission payable will depend on the subscription purchased by the introduced client, the amount actually received by Mapscape, and the terms of the Introducer Agreement.

A simple, professional process

You do not need to sell Mapscape or give technical advice on Mapscape’s behalf. If our introduced client purchases a Mapscape annual subscription, Mapscape will calculate the commission due and pay by BACS together with a detailed receipt of payment.

When is commission paid?

Subject to the Introducer Agreement, Mapscape will normally pay the Introducer within 14 days of receiving full payment from the introduced client (in the UK or Ireland) for their first annual subscription. Commission applies to the eligible first annual subscription only.

Who might you introduce?

Suitable introductions may include organisations or individuals involved in:

  • Arboricultural consultancy or contracting.
  • Estates, housing, healthcare, education, parish councils or local authorities.
  • Grounds maintenance or environmental services.
  • Landscape architects and facilities management.
  • Tree surveys, tree risk management or BS 5837 work.
